Unsinkable...With One Condition

This is probably going to sound really rude but please believe me that I don't intend it to be, at all. I think the Titanic was a massive tragedy. But it's almost like all those people were meant to die, like the Titanic was destined to sink no matter what, like God had planned it that way all along (which I suppose He did if you believe in Christianity; I personally don't but that's a conversation for a whole other post).
Now the reason I say this is because the Titanic was built to be "unsinkable" as we all know. The builders had planned for virtually every situation. The Titanic could have been cut in three block-shaped pieces and it would have stayed afloat! The sideswipe that it experienced was, virtually, the only way it could have sank. A collision like this hadn't been recorded before and hasn't happened since. That is the only time this has happened! What are the odds of that?

I really want to hear your thoughts. Do you think this is just a coincidence? Or is it Fate? Or God? Or something else?
Or anything else you have to say, just drop me a letter (in the form of a comment, of course).

May the odds be ever in your favour!
